The site news : On the morning of August 19, the "123" Staff Quality Promotion Program organized by Jiangyin General Labor Union was introduced to DINGOL(Wuxi), which is located in Changjing Town, Jiangyin, Wuxi.
DINGOL(Wuxi) is a machinery enterprise with 130 existing staff and workers. In order to cultivate staff's sense of solidarity with the company, the Company invited Mr. Ji Jianqing, a professional instructor, to give the staff quality training which entitled as "Cultivation of Excellent Staff.". The training ,beginning with a "different reflections of mothers from different countries while their children falling down ", was lively and interesting. Mr. Ji Jianqing interacted with the students by taking examples and asking questions, which expounded the importance and concrete ways to improve the professional moral quality of staff in a simple way. Each staff is deeply attracted by Mr. Ji Jianqing’ s distinct, highly pertinent and practical viewpoints and vivid expression style, and all of them are greatly benefited. All the staff hope that more such trainings can be held in the future so that they can learn how to contribute more to DINGOL's development .
