DINGOL generators’ excitation system is equipped with an advanced solid state automatic voltage regulator (AVR) or a permanent magnet generator (PMG).
The complete generator is a salient-pole rotor, where the damping winding is integrated with the rotor core. The magnetic field winding is directly lay-wound and filled with thermosetting epoxy resin, thus has excellent electrical performance and mechanical strength.
DINGOL generators, which meet the requirements of NEMA and IEC, are directly cooled by fan on the shaft, whose frame and outlet box are made of steel plate and end cover is made of high strength cast iron.
DINGOL generators has long-term and durable insulation structure because of its winding made of 200 ℃ high-temperature-resistant enameled wires, insulating materials and insulating paint. These make our generators achieve safety and long time operation of power stations in damp, vibration and shock environment.
